An easy walk down to the incredible Caribbean sea for shell hunting, beach combing, tide pools and getting away from it all. This area of the island in very private and it is rare to encounter other people so you can have it all to your self. If sunbathing and snorkeling is on your agenda then one of the most beautiful beaches in the world the North Beach is only a few minutes away. Should you decide to leave this soothing spot for a trip to town or to tour the island, taxis are available, or my favorite is renting a scooter or golf cart.

The house is located in an exclusive area that has single family homes so you are not on top of each other there’s beautiful garden and lots of space to roam the very safe area you can walk at night the pool is private for your use only the rooftop has a spectacular bar that you can enjoy the beautiful ocean breezes and have a cocktail you can see both sunset and sunrise is from this area directly across the street is the beach walking about 2 blocks would allow you to get to a beach that you can collect shells play in the water the house is located within walking distance of a couple of restaurants and bars we have three bedrooms 3 baths there’s a set of bunk beds for children in one of the rooms the it’s a short ride into town by either a fairy or a bus or if you choose you can rent a golf cart and enjoy the entire Island the owners live most of the time on a studio on property so they’re available to help you with any concierge type needs if they’re not available there is always a property management service available for you the house is decorated in a quaint Mexican style and is very family-friendly
