Location, location, location!! Welcome to Kihei Hale O Maluhia, our newly decorated, clean and freshly renovated tropical home located at the highly sought after Kihei Akahi complex! Guests return year after year to this popular beach-side resort. Located directly across from Kihei’s most popular beaches, Kamaole I, II and III.
It’s a short walk to restaurants, pubs and shopping, gift stores, activity warehouses and beach equipment rental such as stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, snorkel gear, surf boards and more.
Our kitchen is outfitted for a chef with brand new stainless appliances, cookware, spices, sharp knives, food processor and more. Numerous farmer's markets happen daily on Maui so you're never far from the best island grown fruits and veggies. Fresh island fish and grass-fed Maui beef all produced locally for your eat-in meals.
The bedroom suite offers a queen sized memory foam topped mattress. Living room boasts new sofa bed with an 8.5" pillow top mattress. Comfy!
New laminate floors add a richness and warmth to the island style decor. The convenience of brand new en suite washer and dryer means you can pack light and avoid the hassle of checked baggage!
We offer one of only a handful of coveted walk-out ground floor lanais. It’s steps to the pool and you are surrounded in tropical island gardens filled with the sounds of palm trees swaying and tropical birds singing.

A full suite of beach gear is provided. - 4 Tommy Bahama backpack style beach chairs, TB deluxe umbrella, plush cotton beach towels, boogie boards, sand toys, sand-free beach blanket, beach bag, coolers, noodles, and a big wagon to tote it all to the beach.
Our condo property boasts two pools and tennis court with tennis/pickle ball equipment available for check out at the office. Lush manicured gardens provide a tranquil experience!

Lodging Description
• Check in after 3pm
• Check out 11 am sharp
• Early check-in available occasionally, confirm with owner prior to arrival to see if it is available
• Late check-out incurs a fee equal to one day's rate
• Guests choose their own 4-digit door code, unique for their stay.
• Full privacy/security screen door and digital WIFI door lock for our guest's security.

Reservation Terms
• All Rates subject to 14.42% Hawaiian State Transient Accommodation Tax/General Excise Tax
• $350 refundable Security Deposit
• 50% Deposit is due at time of booking
• Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival
• Payment is due in full for bookings made with less than 60 days to arrival.
• All rates and taxes are subject to change. Rates are per condominium, not per person
• Maximum 4 person occupancy (including infants/children)
• Minimum age of primary renter 24
• Stays of 28 days or greater require a mid-stay cleaning(s) by our housekeeping staff (included)
• The primary guest (and owner of the credit card securing reservation) must be at least 24 years of age on the day of check-in
• NON-SMOKING unit. No smoking, No eCigarettes, No vaping.
Cancellation Policy
• For cancellations greater than 60 days prior to arrival, the balance of your payment will be refunded less a cancellation fee equal to one nights stay.
• For cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival NO REFUND will be given.
• Refunds will be given only for mandatory evacuations as decreed by State of Hawaii and/or Maui County.
• We strongly recommend travel insurance.
*Guests will receive our Rental Agreement after deposit payment. The Rental Agreement must be signed and returned along with any requested documents to finalize booking. Upon receipt of the Rental Agreement and Photo ID of primary guest, guest will be emailed a Reservation Confirmation.
*Guests will receive our Welcome Email approximately 7 days prior to arrival which contains: Check-In Instructions, Contact Information, Driving Directions, and the key code for entry and any other information pertinent to guest’s stay.

Kamaole beaches offer pristine views, sea turtles, dolphin and whale watching, boogie boarding and great snorkeling for both beginner and experienced alike. Lifeguards are located on the beach for your peace of mind.
